Fitness for Ski Instructor Training: Long & Strong 20
As with every Friday todays fitness for ski instructor training session focus’ on getting your heart racing and keep moving. Go hard and get it over and done with then you can go home and chill.
Main Resistance Training
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes of:
- 5 Pull-Ups
- 10 Strict Push-Ups
- 20 Kettlebell Swings (32/24 kg)
Rest exactly 5 minutes, and then…
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes of:
- 20 Chest-to-Ground Push -Ups
- 40 Calories of Rowing
- 80 Double-Unders
Cool Down
Full body stretch and foam roll.
