Embracing the pain now will pay off when you are being sent around for your 8th run through the bumps after a hard weeks skiing at 3000m above sea level.

- Run 1200 Meters
- 63 Kettlebell Swings (24kg/16kg)
- 36 Pull-Ups – Scale if needed
Rest until the running clock reaches 15:00, and then…
Three rounds for time of
- Run 400 Meters
- 21 Kettlebell Swings (24/16 kg)
- 12 Pull-Ups
Stop the clock and record your total time
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of
- Row 1000 Meters
- 100 Double-Unders
