We don’t mind doing something different to everyone else. In fact, we quite like it. We were one of the first British ski schools to set up in the Alps, and we’ve got 16 years’ experience of how to help people change as well as finding out what makes for good holidays.
We were also the first ski school to use Feefo (the independent feedback service) to keep us on our toes. Since 2008, 98% of our clients rate us as good or excellent. (That’s over 5,000 reviews.) We are working hard to make it 100%.
We have pretty high standards for our ski instructors. They all have to be BASI ISTD 4 to teach in France (the highest level of qualification that there is). But we believe how you teach is as important as what you teach. Which is why everyone, from our instructors to our office staff, aim to be supportive and fair with each-other and our customers.
Many French ski schools employ part qualified instructors, known as “Stagieres”. We don’t. All our instructors are fully qualified meaning that they have undergone several years of training and have lots of teaching experience. Many of us are also instructor examiners.
Rather than instruct we coach many of our clients, because we don’t just deliver instructions. During your sessions we will try to understand how you learn best, work to make you feel comfortable and confident, and give you tips and feedback to take away and work on later that relate to your goals.

We have a whole team of non -coaching support staff at the end of the phone. They are experts when it comes to determining the level and lesson types to suit you.
If we don’t crack it at booking, our coaches work together to ensure everyone is in the right level of group. We usually run a selection of levels in each resort and do our utmost to get everyone to the right place.
All our group lessons run for the full amount of time with only 2 people. And all our lessons are delivered in English.
