It may seem early but potential ski instructors from across the world are already researching which ski instructor courses may be right for them. From Argentina to Hemel Hempstead there are courses available every where so doing your research is key.

So what is new for our 2015/16 residential BASI 1 and 2 ski instructor courses?

Small groups on ski instructor courses mean you will get more time with your mentor.

Coming into the 2014/15 ski instructor courses we made the decision to increase the number of training hours our students received meaning we provided more contact time with our mentors than any other course. This has proved a big hit and should lead to more success come results day (fingers crossed). We considered doing this again next year but then realised students really enjoy having some time to themselves to explore and ski with out the pressure. So instead of adding more training hours we have decided to use smaller training groups. We will be moving away from the industry standard maximum training group size of 10 used by BASI and others and instead will be the first BASI level 1 and 2 course provider to use a maximum training group size of 8. Smaller groups mean each student gets more time with their mentor.

It goes with out saying that if you want to become a ski instructor it is important to be able to speak the language of the country you want to eventually work in. For many years we have included french lessons in our swiss courses however 2015/2016 will see the addition of French lessons to all of our BASI 1 and 2 ski instructor courses as well as our Courchevel ISIA programme.

Again all of our BASI 1 & 2 Residential ski instructor courses will include a full season, full area ski pass for the ski area you decide to train in. Regardless of whether you arrive early or stay late this pass is there for you to use for the entire season at no extra cost.

These changes are in addition to all the features currently in our Residential BASI 1 and 2 ski instructor courses.
