Get to know Mischa
I’m very excited to be one of the coaches working with the ISIA training group this winter. Alongside this I will be working as an instructor within the ski school and looking for new opportunities for New Generation further afield.
Why did you become a trainer?
I have always wanted to help people become the best they can be. This desire increased during my degree in Sports Science and is the value that runs through every sport I am lucky enough to coach.
I love learning and I am so enthusiastic about passing on my knowledge to others. I really enjoy the challenge of working out how to demonstrate or explain something in the best way for each person I am working with to help them get that ‘lightbulb’ moment where everything begins to click.
What motivates you?
I’m always trying to maintain and improve my level of skiing, that’s what I love about the sport. You can ALWAYS improve! When you manage to link up a great run where everything works as it should, there is no better sensation.
What do you do after winter?
For the last two summers, I have been teaching Sailing and Powerboating in beautiful Montenegro.
