Fitness for Ski Instructor Training: Long and Strong 16

As with every Friday todays fitness for ski instructor training is a full blown, intense conditioning session. The aim is to get you used to working in that uncomfortable area where your body wants you to stop but it is not time yet. These sessions are supposed to be tough, don’t try and be tactical in your approach to each set of exercises. Commit 100%, and work to improve your lactic acid threshold.
